I currently have student openings
I am looking for independent, creative and motivated Masters and PhD students to work on several exciting research projects on environment and urban health. I am open to advising students with various backgrounds who have an interest in environmental health, exposure science and/or epidemiology.
My group believes that diversity of perspective, background, and experience fosters creativity and innovation in science. We welcome students and trainees who are from underrepresented groups to join us and thrive in our team-oriented culture that values excellence, rigour, and respect. We pledge to foster an inclusive training environment that values and supports our peers who are women, LGBTQI+, people with disabilities, and Black, Indigenous and People of Colour (BIPOC).
If my work is of interest to you, please send me an email with your CV and some information about your background and research ideas or interests. Please also include your TOEFL score if English is your second language.

Funding opportunities for students and postdocs
There are numerous funding opportunities to support students and postdocs at McGill. Some students are supported through faculty research projects and most also apply to some of the various fellowships and scholarships available through McGill. I encourage students to start exploring different opportunities around the time they apply to their desired graduate program. For information on these funding opportunities and how to apply, go here.
Stipended internships and fellowships are available for graduate and undergraduate students to work on global health research projects at the Department of Equity Ethics and Ppolicy. For more information about these programs and how to apply, go here.
International students -- If you are an international student looking to do a Masters degree at McGill then international fees apply. However, international PhD students pay the same fees as Canadian students. International Masters applicants should take this into account when applying, and consider what sources of additional funding can be secured.
